NEX DE Series

The Rigaku NEX DE Series are high-performance, direct excitation EDXRF spectrometers. They provide rapid, non-destructive elemental analysis of sodium to uranium in almost any sample type.

Featuring a 60 kV, 12 W X-ray tube, multilayer filters, and an SDD supporting count rates over 500K cps, the NEX DE Series offers low detection limits and excellent spectral resolution. Combined with QuantEZ software, these features deliver unparalleled performance.

For small spot analysis, the NEX DE VS model includes a high-resolution camera and automated collimators to analyze 1 mm, 3 mm, and 10 mm spot sizes.

Whether for basic quality control (QC) or advanced applications like Six Sigma, the NEX DE Series delivers fast, high-performance results without complex setups.
