The process starting with project consultancy may cover the designing , constructing, laboratory equipment supply, commissioning and even accreditation consultancy.

Our customer may choose only some or all of these services upon request.

PROJECT CONSULTANCY;

Infrastructure and equipment requirements are determined at the meetings to be held between our experts and customer’s laboratory experts to define your particular needs, and the project phase is started.

PROJECT;

In line with the determined needs project design studies are carried out , and execution of the job starts following the approval of designated drawings of the project .

CONSTRUCTION;

This stage can be either the restoration of an existing space or the construction of a reinforced concrete or prefabricated structure from ground.

In line with the approved project, all needs such as Mechanical system, Electrical system, Gas lines, fire extinguishing system, laboratory benches (laboratory furniture), and equipment supply requirements are met as per user’s request

LABORATORY BENCHES (Laboratory Furnitures);

Designated workbench system , and associated furniture produced in line with the determined project, materials used in production meet the international quality standards ,aiming to serve the laboratory for many years ,thanks to heat and corrosion-resistant materials used in production

MECHANICAL;

Ventilation and air conditioning systems, one of the most important installations of laboratories, are designed and implemented by expert mechanical engineers in line with the specific needs of the laboratory.

If required, automation systems can be utilized , temperature, humidity and pressure controls can be managed without the need of user intervention. Environmentally friendly laboratories are created with scrubber (gas washing) systems specially designed for laboratories where chemical exhaust is intense. In projects where microbiological load or particle load must be controlled HEPA filter systems can be applied.

ELECTRICAL;

Electrical projects are prepared in accordance with the energy needs of the utilities , and laboratory equipment to be used determined during the projecting phase. All materials used during implementation meets all the national and international standards.

GAS DISTRBUTION SYSTEM ;

The gases required for the laboratory devices are determined at the beginning of the project and the outlet points are processed on the project accordingly. Depending on the characteristics of the gases used, the stainless steel or copper tubes are used for the lines from stored gas bottles to the gas outlets at the laboratory ready to be connected to designated equipment. Specific Gas Generators can also be supplied for the gases whenever available .Gas distribution system is integrated with user-friendly facilities such as leak detection systems, gauges showing the current pressure at the outlets, tube-end alarm panels (important in cases where laboratory consumption is very high).

FIRE ALARM and EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM;

Fire extinguishing systems are among the systems that gain importance in laboratories due to the chemical materials and flammable gases used in laboratory environments. Fire alarm and extinguishing systems, which are decided as a result of consultations with the fire safety specialist , and mechanical engineers, are applied during the projecting phase., and implemented accordingly.

Within concept of turn-key laboratory solution, analytical instruments and laboratory equipment can be supplied.
